Julie teaches her own style of StressLess Yoga using flowing sequences and breath awareness to bring the body and mind together and ensures that her classes are accessible to everyone, whatever their physical ability.
Yoga originated in India 5,000 years ago and with the stresses of modern life more and more people are turning to yoga to help them find some inner peace and calm. Both the scientific and the medical world are beginning to understand the benefits to body and brain when we learn to still our busy minds, relax and experience some stillness.
By spending just a few minutes on breath awareness and yoga practice every day you may soon become aware of subtle changes in your approach to life. Each class includes breath meditation, posture work with stretching, relaxation and visualisation to end the class.
